We have a Mac OS X user getting the following error message when deleting an email in their Exchange account using Apple Mail: 'The message "test" could not be moved to the mailbox "Exchange" The specified object was not found in the store.Depending on you version of Outlook, there are several methods to deal with this. This could now possibly result in your POP3 messages being downloaded into your Exchange mailbox instead of your pst-file. After this, simply move back the emails into the Inbox of the Exchange mailbox and the messages will be uploaded to the server again. I have used ldp.exe and checked to see if there were any risidual mailboxes still attached to the old server, just the 3 system accounts, smtp, system attendant, and systemmailbox. Checked in ADUC and all mailboxes are pointing to the information store on the 2003 server.

I have moved over all mailboxes to the 2003 exchange server.Tap Accounts at the upper left, and then tap the mail account to which you want to.

The Recall feature is designed to work only on the Windows operating system and only for the Outlook client. In a few second, a Move message appears that shows that all messages in that mailbox are available to be moved. Works only for Windows and Outlook email client. You can grant them other licences in Office 365, but not Exchange Online. The original email needs to be sent from a "primary" Exchange mailbox, not from Delegate or Shared Mailbox. To remove the cloud mailbox and to stop it being recreated, you need to ensure that the synced user does not have an Exchange Online licence. Extraction of email from the duplicate mailbox needs to happen before the licence is removed. Select "Accounts" and then click on the email account where mail attachments seemingly disappeared from. Next, go to the "Mail" menu and choose "Preferences. The Outbox should now be visible in message list and you can remove the attachments or delete the message.Pull down the "Mailbox" menu and choose "Rebuild" from the option on the bottom, let the email mailbox (es) rebuild, this can take a while. Either click the Stop Sync button in the lower left or the little x at the right of the entry to stop the send and receive. If the Outbox is not visible, initiate a send and receive and open the Progress dialog.
